We say Guaranteed we mean it.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any aspect of your shopping experience
at Ray's Print Shop you are welcome to return any merchandise recieved
for a full refund, no questions asked. Of course we probably will
ask, so we can try to improve, but whatever you say, we will gladly
accept your return. We will refund your purchase price less shipping
or exchange your merchandise. Your choice.
In order to qualify for a return,
you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of your items for
a return authorization number. This is important, since no returns
will be accepted without it. When you contact us we need to find
out from you how to handle the return when it arrives. We will carry
out your wishes when the item(s) show up.
